There are many organizations and associations world wide that deal with many different aspects of green building, green living, and solving our environmental challenges. Industry associations, non profits, local organizations, government organizations and more are doing wonderful things with the help of wonderful people around the world.
 
However, too often there is very little or no cooperation between these organizations. Finding ways for various organizations to collaborate will empower the cooperating organizations and allow them to share knowledge and resources so that we can all achieve the greater cause of solving our environmental challenges faster. Quite often the different organizations are not aware of all other organizations and activities of these organizations that may be beneficial and sometimes very similar to the causes and activities of other fellow organizations.
 
Since there is no competition in the world of solving environmental problems and especially since most of these organizations are not businesses that are focused on making a profit, there should be many innovative and exciting opportunities for cooperation. The more organized, efficient and collaborative our efforts are, the faster we will achieve results. In the world of fixing our planet’s environmental hazards, moving fast is the name of the game.
 
In this project we will research and list as many of the different organizations as we will find and sort each organization according to geographic location and area of activity, type of organization and the different activities that are performed by the organization. We believe that our database of international organizations will grow fast and impress browsers that there are many thousands of great organizations world wide. As always, we encourage our partner members to post content about listed organizations, add new organizations that are not listed and post reviews about interactions our partners may have had with each organization and their various activities.
 
Once the database of the various organizations and their activities will be established, although this database will always continue to grow, we would like to move on to phase II. of this project. In phase II. We will find ways to encourage the various organizations to join forces so that the can benefit from each other’s resources. We will encourage discussion between the various organizations through the MyPlanet platform and also encourage proposing new projects that will lead to cooperation between the organizations. If our plan will work well, we will develop a “science of cooperation” and establish new ways in which different organizations can cooperate and empower each other.
