We would like to create a traveling green showroom so that those that don’t walk into our showroom can enjoy the benefit of seeing and learning about the various green products. Using an existing recreational vehicle will allow us to make the showroom mobile. The RV (recreational vehicle) will be retrofitted to become a showroom storing and displaying samples of the various available green products and technologies. This mobile green showroom will also serve as an educational center so that lectures by experts can be given using the mobile showroom facilities as necessary for educational presentations. In phase I, the RV’s interior will be renovated to fit as many green product samples as possible and the exterior will be wrapped using the MyPlanet Green Mobile presentation. In phase II we will change the vehicle mechanically to make it more energy efficient and also operate on bio diesel. We will also add solar panels to the roof so that as much of the vehicles electricity use as possible could be generated from the sun. Once this concept is proven as successful we will upgrade the vehicle by cutting the sides of the vehicle and installing transparent glass or resin so that the showroom can be viewed from the outside. The mobile showroom will combine our philosophy about greening vehicles as well as operate as a vehicle for displaying the various green products. The “Green Mobile” will be the ultimate green machine. We have already purchased a used RV (99 Chieftain Winnebago) using our philosophy of reusing older vehicles.
