One of the main ideas behind MyPlanet is to encourage everyone to take action and do what they can no matter how small or insignificant an individual may feel his or her contribution may be. Only if we all care, participate and take action will we manage to turn things around and cause the environmental change we need fast enough.
 
The MyPlanet web site will allow partner members to post reviews, add content, join projects, start their own projects, register sites and projects, purchase products, connect with other partner members and more.
 
These are all nice ideas, but human beings still need an incentive in order to be truly motivated to take action. As much as the over all important cause of saving our planet is the top priority, individuals still need to be motivated to take time away from their every day free time and take action.
 
So what will cause that motivation?
 
Every time a partner member takes action he or she will score points. These points will be accumulated like credit card rewards points and can be redeemed as cash our used for purchases or for other activities. This is how the game on the MyPlanet site will work.
 
For the time being we can’t specify more so that we won’t give away all the details and spoil the fun of playing the game. Once the programming will be completed and users will be able to begin playing the game, the exact rules will be revealed.
